Q. How can I track the status of my order?
A. We usually process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and a WhatsApp notification with your tracking ID and shipment details.
Q. Are there any shipping or delivery charges?
A. No. We currently offer free shipping on all orders. You only pay for the products you purchase.
Q. Can my order be gift-wrapped with a special message?
A. Yes! We love creating a memorable gifting experience for you and your loved ones. Gift wrapping along with a personalized message is available at a nominal additional charge.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via UPI and debit/credit cards. Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
