1. Items are not eligible for return.
2. Items are eligible for exchange only in case of size mismatch or damage during transit. Refund Should be requested within 3 days of order delivered.
3. To claim an exchange (as per Clause 2) or report any missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened in its sealed condition. Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
4. All approved exchange items will be picked up and delivered by the same delivery partner handling the exchange request.
5. Refunds will be provided only in cases of damage during transit, subject to verification. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any refund claim.
6. Refund or issue requests must be raised via email at rinaazjewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9220216773.
7. Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
8. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines, after product pickup and successful verification.
